Murphy Doodles Chicken Salad Spread
[This is a family original recipe]

Boneless cooked chicken breasts (3-4)
Sweet Vidalia or Walla Walla Onions
Real Mayo
Sea Salt
Pinch of garlic powder

Use a food processor to finely chop up cooked chicken breasts. Then chop up celery and onion finely as well. Add a dash of sea salt, a couple dashes of coarsely ground pepper and enough mayo to make a spread. Allow to sit over night. Serve on crackers, caraway rye cocktail bread, chewy scali bread, French bread that is toasted or as a sandwich on toasted marble rye bread. Top with banana pepper or jalapeno peppers/ Enjoy!

Patty's Hot Artichoke Dip
[This is a family original recipe]

1 14 oz. jar artichoke hearts [quartered], well drained.
1/2 cup grated parmesian cheese.
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella.
1 cup mayonaise [not miracle whip or salad dressing].
Season with garlic powder or minced garlic to taste.

Mix all ingredients together.

Bake at 350 degrees in a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes or until top is golden and bubbling.

You can also add ingredients like; 1/2 pkg. of frozen spinach thawed, chopped and drained well, and/or 1/2 - 1 cup of your favorite seafood.

Serve with toasted garlic rounds, crackers and/or coctail rye.

This is really a great recipe and tastes so good. A similar recipe to this is found at many Raddison restaurant chains.

Simple & Delicious Deviled Eggs

1 dozen eggs
1/2 to 1 cup "Miracle Whip" salad dressing

Hard boil all the eggs. Once eggs have cooled, peel them. Then, slice eggs lengthwise in half. Remove yolks.

In bowl, mix the egg yolks with the salad dressing. The more salad dressing you add, the more moist the egg-yolk mixture will be.

You may want to add onions, garlic, salt & pepper as well. Add to desired taste.

Once your mix is to desired taste, put back into the eggs where the yolks used to be. Serve chilled.

Cream Cheese Chip Dip

2 8 oz packages of cream cheese - softened.
1/4 cup milk.
salt & garlic.

Mix milk with cream cheese, stiring into a creamy texture. Add salt and garlic to taste. Goes great with all kinds of chips - especially ripple potato chips. Serve chilled.

Cream Cheese Fruit Dip
[This is a family original recipe]

1 8 oz package cream cheese - softened.
1 8 oz jar of marshmallow cream
1/8 teaspoon lemon extract
1 tbsp. orange or lemon zest

Mix the cream cheese, marshmallow orange zest and lemon extract into a creamy texture. Apples, pineapples, pears & peaches are all great for dipping. Serve chilled.
